If the difference is greater than 0.5V, one of the batteries may be damaged and needs to be replaced. If the difference is within 0.5V, please contact email@example.com for help.
You can connect to the App and check if the ambient lights are turned off (App-vehicle settings-ambient light switch) or in a special mode (such as 'follow music' under V12, which requires bluetooth music connection and audio output to be visible). If not, you can transfer the ambient lights again in the App. If they still don't show up after that, it may be a motherboard malfunction.
Check if the vehicle reports any faults through the App. If not, check the battery voltage for abnormalities. If there are none, pls upload logs (App-general settings-diagnosis-upload logs) and contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes. They can withstand some moisture, but we recommend taking extra caution when riding in or near water and drying your unicycle completely before charging to avoid damage.
Yes, but be aware that riding in colder temperatures can affect the performance of the unicycle. One key thing is to make sure the board is always being stored inside a temperature controlled environment, not left in uninsulated areas for extreme heat or cold. Keeping your unicycle in the cold can cause damage to your tire, motor, and battery. You may receive an error message if your battery level is too cold or runs out of power prematurely. In that case, you’ll need to bring it back inside.
Electric Unicycles are built like tanks. They have a direct-drive hub motor that has no moving parts so you can ride over any terrain without much fear of damaging your board. All Electric Unicycles are water resistant and can withstand some moisture. We recommend taking extra caution when riding in or near water and drying off your Electric Unicycles completely before charging to avoid damage.
We understand the desire to personalize your unicycle, and we are always amazed by the amazing things our riders create. This said, we do not recommend altering the unicycle’s internal components or structure. It is ultimately up to you how you’d like to use the unicycle, but it is important to note that many times modifications can result in damage to the unicycle and will void the unicycle's warranty policy and could lead to the unicycle being ineligible for any form of service or repair. Any rider who wishes to personalize and customize their ride needs to be aware of the possible consequences of modifying the unicycle.
